Hi,

Thanks for the update. The issue with 401 and emails getting stuck in Pending Send state would be different and not related. Can you enable Tracing on the Email Router Outgoing Profile using steps below and post the log which is generated so I can share some pointers.

On the computer where email router is Installed,

1) Navigate to Email Router Install directory and open the Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml file in notepad.

2) Find "Outbound".

3) In the next line after Outbound, add the tags below

<LogLevel>3</LogLevel>

<LogFile>c:\outbound.log</LogFile>

4) Save the file.

Send out an email from CRM to replicate the issue, wait for 2 minutes and then copy-paste the content of log file here.
