Have you assigned any custom security role to these users? If yes, try assigning OOB security role.
Also try to add - Read privileges to the user role on the following things: Please navigate to Settings – Administration – User Roles – open the role assigned to these user -
Business Management tab – Security Role
Customization tab – Customizations
After adding the privileges, Please go and check if it works, and if you still face issue. Try to reconfigure the CRM client for these users and check again.
