We are a software company and our current crm allows us to track purchases by our customers, assigning the serial numbers, SLAs, etc. We mocked up a quick entity to capture this information and can associate it to accounts contacts and products, but the result still feels a little anemic. Are there any good third party solutions or even a good blog post dealing with customer's purchased asset tracking?
