Forum Post: Changing the default activity "default work hours" for new users

Hi,

We are quite heavy users of the service scheduler in CRM4, and the standard "default work hours" for activities that users can set is too restrictive a default when used to search for service appointment slots; ideally we'd have this set as widely as possible.  We're currently in pilot stage, and have told existing users how to change the DFH for themselves individually, but is there a way of setting what the standard is so that we when we start adding the rest of our users they won't need to do this?

Can't find any way of changing the default default :)
