Recently upgraded from UR5 to UR13 and I'm confused as to why we can't convert leads to Accounts with associated Opportunities anymore? As soon as Opportunity is ticked, the OK button is greyed out:
Any ideas?
On an unrelated note - I'm also getting unhandled exception errors when qualifying simply to account (ErrorCode: 2147220970). I understand this is probably plugin related (solutions?)
Can they be disabled without being uninstalled? I'm not 100% what each one does (the implementation was handled by contractors) so I'm uneasy deleting managed solutions if I can export them to later re-import.
