Query the data using Advanced Find - make sure to include both the incorrect and correct fields. Use the Export to Excel option and check the box to be able to re-import. Use Excel to cut and paste the data from the incorrect field to the correct field. Re-import the data under Settings -> Data Management -> Imports and then dat shouldbe updated to the correct fields.
