Forum Post: Record is Unavailable

Hi All, When I am trying to assign an account record to a user I am getting error message "Record is Unavailable". However, if I try to assign another record to the same user it gets assigned successfully. I have tried multiple times to reassign the record after clearing the cache and trying different browsers but still the issue is unresolved. We get this error after the update to the latest 8 version. The error appears in the email entity, when someone tried to add the email to the queue. I also encoutered this error on the test machine that has the same version. What I tried: Deactivated all Plugins for the Entities queueitem, email Disabled the Form JS logic It seems like the error only effects the webinterface and the E-mail got still added to the queue. Has anybody else encountered this problem? I'm close to report this as bug to MS. The error appears in Chrome and IE.

Hi, Please check the following answers: 1. Is there a way I can see the list of images in a particular plugin or a step in CRM server(not in Plugin Registration Tool) ? Answer: You can export plugin with SDKMessage processing steps and can export the xml. You will be able to see the details of images registered under specific step. 2. What happens to an image linked to a step when I disable the step? Answer: When the step is disabled, image does not execute as it depends on the trigger of step. Once you enable the step, image continues its work if the step is triggered. 3. Can I add an image to a particular solution? Answer: You can't add any image to a solution. It automatically gets added when you add the step and an image is not available as a separate component under solution components. If found useful, please mark this answer as verified.

Hi, If you have configured auto-response through workflow, you can flag that incoming email or create one field of datetime type and update it with the execution time when the response is triggered. Hi, Changing the background color is not supported in MSCRM 2016. You have to set legacy form rendering to make it work but it affects the performance. Could you confirm if you are using Assign button or are you just setting the owner lookup field value to the new user?

Yeah, or you could just uncheck the checkbox "Visible by default" at the field properties in the form designer, since you would always want this field to be hidden anyways.
