I would recommend COZYROC SSIS+ library. It does include Dynamics CRM adapters among many other useful extensions and the adapters has been available on the market since August, 2010. All CRM deployment configurations are supported: CRM 3, CRM 4, CRM 2011, Premise, Hosted, Live, Office 365, Federation.
