I've been playing with the new ipad tools, and by and large it looks very good. Unfortunately, I can't get e-mails to be logged in the activity log. I can click an e-mail address in a lead or contact and send the e-mail without any difficulty, but there is no record of the e-mail being sent. Isn't logging interaction one of the key elements of CRM? does anyone know if there is a fix for this?
