Blog Post: Resolved | EMEA |CRM Online | Some organizations in EMEA were inaccessible

Less than 10% of organizations in our EMEA region were affected by an outage that prevented them from logging in or using the Microsoft CRM service.  The issue started at 1:56 PM GMT and was resolved at 6:50 PM GMT.  We have restored access to these organizations and are investigating the cause.  A post incident report will be available within 5 business days.  We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
