Summary
An issue in Microsoft's European datacenters caused some customers to not be able to access CRM Online. The problem affected <10% of enabled orgs. Microsoft engineers investigated and took actions to mitigate the interruption. This impacted customers on one particular ScaleGroup.

Root Cause
This is a known issue (SQL out of memory) for which we are deploying a SQL hotfix. The deployment of this hotfix is underway in North America and then will be rolled out to Europe and APAC servers.
