This is an interesting issue. We would need some more details like CRM traces when we reproduce the issue to figure out why this is happening.
I would recommend you to open a support incident with MS support regarding this issue. This might be the quickest way to resolve the issue.
Once you get to the bottom of the issue, could be please post your solution? It might help others, if they face the same issue in future.
