Hello,
I am looking for a fully integrated fax solution but so far I could not find it. Is there somehow a solution where the user can use the Fax activity and add an attachment, which will send be send as a fax and also attaches automatically the fax protocal or confirmation.
I only find kind of workaround by using internet fax services and sending emails instead of faxes but then there is the problem to get the fax number into the email and so on.
Does anyone know a good solution or workaround to handle faxes.
