Hello,
Interesting that your organization is moving from Outlook/Exchange to Lotus (IBM) Notes. I have never actually seen that happen...it's always been the other direction in my experience. In fact, Notes market share has continued to decline over the years...but I digress...
Due in part to the above, there is no "native" integration between Dynamics CRM and Lotus Notes or Domino (the server end). Your choices are fairly limited. The two I am aware of are:
1. LinkPoint360 - www.linkpoint360.com/.../linkpoint-connect-dynamics-notes-edition - provides Lotus Notes client integration with Dynamics CRM providing similar capabilities that you are used to with the native Outlook/CRM integration. In my experience this is the best client option available and is in use on thousands of desktops. LinkPoint provides support for CRM Online (as well as on-premise).
2. Riva Integration Server or Riva Cloud - www.rivacrmintegration.com/.../ibm-notes - provides server level integration between CRM and Domino. Riva syncs CRM systems directly to IBM Domino on the back end. That means there are no IBM Notes plug-ins to install, configure, or manage on users’ desktops, laptops, or mobile devices. In this scenario, integration is administrator driven and rules are configured to determine what email/calendar/contact data is synced. Riva Integration Server and Riva Cloud both support CRM Online.
Hope this helps and good luck!
Mike
