Hi David,

Is this happening with one user or with all users? If its happening with one user then try clearing cache or try in Inprivate browsing to access CRM and check results.

If its happening with all or multiple users then you would need to capture fiddler traces or Platform traces while accessing CRM so that we can figure out where its redirecting.
