Hello
When i try to open a contact a I receive the generic "Error: An error has occured" message.
We are using CRM online.
The things i have tried/learned in troubleshooting:
1) i am the only user of about 15 active users who has any trouble with opening contacts. Our busness is run through CRM and it is heavily used by all team members.
2) we have customized forms, primairly through configuration. we have limited use of java script on other entities but not on contact entity
3) the error has occured for at least the past few weeks, if not longer
4) I have tried accessing contacts from other machines as well as clearing cache/cookies- but still cannot get in
