When I try to Mail Merge from CRM 2011 I receive this error: "An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."
This occurs both when editing a template and using a mail merge template. I began experiencing this issue after over an hour of Mail Merge working successfully. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. (On premise deployment of CRM 2011 accessed through Internet Explorer 10)
