Well that is mighty strange - if you open up the completed workflow and click on the Task Properties, then click on the regarding order - you get to the record on screen shot 3 right?

Do you have any Read privileges issues - any restrictions in your user role that says you can't see activities? If you create a task manually through the UI does it show up? Your All Activities view hasn't been modified to exclude certain records as it?
