Thanks Scott! The BA is checking for emails with addresses that may be missing a matching user in CRM. Also, I unchecked the following checkboxes under "configure e-mail processing":
* Process e-mails only for approved users
* Process e-mails only for approved queues
Why are these checkboxes checked by default, what's the purpose? Seems like this could potentially create confusion, and I'm not sure what value this would add? Also, it would help if I understood, and could explain with confidence, where the Undeliverable folder comes from?:
* Does the CRM install process auto-create the Undeliverable folder for an email account when the email account gets associated to the email router?
* Does CRM auto-create the Undeliverable folder for an email account upon its first encounter with an Undeliverable email?
* Or, does Outlook auto-create the Undeliverable folder upon receipt of the account's first undeliverable email? I usually use gmail so I'm not sure how the latest versions of Outlook handle this?
