The Polaris case resolution form does not display the billable time when I click the resolve case button so I cannot edit it. After I open up the case resolution activity (after the case is closed), it displays billable time of 0 even though it has 30 minutes of time associated on an activity. Whatever happened to adding up all the activities to default the value of the billable time? I have tried to see if I could modify the case resolution form but it is set to false for customization even though all the fields are there when you view the case resolution entity form. However, it does not display these fields when actually closing a case. Is this a Polaris issue that cannot be resolved? The old form allowed you to view both the actual and billable and edit the billable time (which did add correctly). Any suggestions? Thanks!
