Hello,
we are using Dynamics CRM 2011 Online.
We kept the storage level under control, but it's suddenly excceded it's limit. A message appears when I try to log in, and it recommends me to delete some data, or purchase more storage.
The problem is we can't pass this screen, so we can not log in to do these steps.
I will contact Microsoft support, but until that any help would be appreciated.
