You would Need to have the CRM Outlook client Installed or your organization would need to have the CRM email router installed. Assuming then everything is properly configured you should be able to be on a contact record and go to the "add" tab and then "email" And it should create a new email message that is properly addressed to and associated with that contact. This is assuming you are using the classic forms. If you are using the newer process forms this won't be an option. You would need to go back to the view and re-create the same steps.
