Ok, I fixed the issue after some investigations in the Event Log viewer. For some reason, the tool wanted following additional priviliges (At least User level Read):
1. prvReadSite (Service Management -> Site)
2. prvReadqueue (Core Records -> Queue)
3. prvReadRole (Business Management -> Security Role)
If the tool still doesn't work, check the Error log running on host computer and you might find additional privliges missing. Good Luck
