We are on rollup 11.2. We get this error for every mail in the mail merge. If we click yes every single time, the email goes out. Then we get a message that says "Activities to track this mail merge were created successfully in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" However, it does not track in CRM. The emails are in our outbox, so they did get mailed out. The only way to get them to CRM is to to manually set regard each one.
