Forum Post: RE: User receives unhandled exception error after logging into Office 365 Dynamics CRM

Hi Jon, Thanks for the response. This is online CRM, and it only occurs to one user. Since posting, I tried logging on with this users credentials and did not experience the problem. He is remote to me, so I'll have to setup a remote session and check his machine (although he says he has used multiple machines).
