Forum Post: CRM Outlook Mail Merge Creating CRM Activities

Hello,

I am attempting to make mail merges through the CRM interface for Outook.  I want to create activities.  When i am at the final state of the mail merge, the option for "activity detals" is grayed out and will not let me click on it.  Does anyone know what causes this?  I want their to be closed activities for each customer that i do a mail merge for.
