I've had this problem as well, it has to do with the Activity Feeds entity. To fix it:

1. Exit out of Microsoft Outlook
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. Go to Internet Options
4. Select the "General" Tab
5. In the "Browsing History" Section
   1. Click Delete
6. Select every option except "Preserve Favorites website data"
