Open the AD FS 2.0 Management Console.
2. Make sure that the federation metadata endpoint is enabled. To do this, follow these steps: a. In the left navigation pane, browse to AD FS 2.0 , Service , Endpoints .
b. In the center pane, right-click the /Federation Metadata/2007-06/FederationMetadata.xml entry, and then click to select Enable and Enable on Proxy .
3. Make sure that the relying party trust with Windows Azure AD is enabled. To do this, follow these steps: a. In the left navigation pane, browse to AD FS 2.0 , then Trust Relationships , and then Relying Party Trusts .
b. If Microsoft Office 365 Identity Platform is present, right-click it, and then click Enable .
4. Repair the relying party trust with Windows Azure AD by using the "How to repair the configuration of the Office 365 federated domain" section of following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
