Forum Post: continuous problems connecting staying logged in, verfiying DOB and dates on service activities and Intervention screen and new customer screen,

This has resulted in me being unable to upload client information in the time given for Admin daily, which has resulted to me working from home most evenings and weekends with the same problems trying to upload this information, I have a back log of hours of work to achieve now, everytime I retry it freezes or flashes to another error code or ICAP message,or not validating dates/numbers postcodes,  this is unproductive and very frustrating as a user when we have dealines and targets to achieve, which requires the information from CRM regarding the upload to CRM Dynamics system, Does anyone have the same problems? Know of any solutions? Help please!
