Based on your suggestion , we configured the system and it works perfectly fine for' Mail merge' feature.

But we need 'Send Direct Mail' option as a part of Marketing list. Because With 'Mail merge' option, tracking of mail communications is not feasible.

Tracking the e-mail communication is very important to us.

Can u please help us in bringing 'Send Direct Mail' feature as a part of Marketing list screen ?
