There is only one 'server'.  The CRM2011.  I have tested on my Win8 machine with IE10 and Chrome.  It works just fine in IE10 but not Chrome.  I have not tested in IE8 but my client uses IE8 and the same thing is happening as it does using Chrome.  The report runs but it returns all rows instead of filtering on the on the one record.  I used CRMAF_filltered...
