Hi there,

You cannot "unqualify" a Lead once it has been converted.  If the Account/Contact/Opportunity have not been updated and no activities have been added, then you might consider deleting those records and reactivating the Lead.  To reactivate the Lead you just go into the Inactive view, find the lead, select it and click Activate on the ribbon.
