No additional required fields. I was the original owner before deactivating, changing and activating it again. Today, I deactivated it, put myself back into the BCC field for both emails (two different conditions). For one of the conditions, I removed and added back in the fields used throughout the email. The other email was not changed. After I activated it again, the workflow is working for at least the first condition, the one that I edited. I am waiting to see if it works for the second condition where I just added myself back in as a BCC. None of the 7 failed emails will work; they still fail after attempting to re-run them.
