So, I was right be planning to create custom entities? (need arguments, have to justify what I do...)
i.e. my responsible would like to be able after to draw diagrams by selecting entries for market1 + market 2 + segment 1 + segment 2 related to a contact so that I can have a quick overview of all contacts per markets and segments (this point is anyway dark in my mind, totally not clear).
I keep on custom entities?
