I would like to have your advice on some custom fields I am migrating from GM 5.5.
In GM, we created 4 custom fields related to the contact's competitor (! and not like in MCRM where the competitor entity is purpose is to manage the competitor of your own company! )
So, I came on the idea to create a contact is competitors entity (seems to work but still have some issues to migrate data with my migration software).
What do you think of my idea to better create this entity as creating 4 custom fields (competitor 1 field, competitor 2 field, competitor3 field, competitor 4 field) on the contact's page.
Other case, for a contact, in GM, we have the market 1, market 2, segment 1, segment 2 that make us able to better see what our contact is dealing with especially. Same case, what could be the advantadges to create an entity for those.
