I will also suggest to do the following:
Suggested Solution-1:
Login in the system through deployment administrator account. Check if through the administrator login reports are able to run.
If this is working there is sync issue between your AD server and CRM Server.
You can check by downloading this report and using on the server having AD as well as CRM, by changing datasource credentials this will work fine.
Suggested Solution-2:
Look at the Parameter's Properties in the Report Designer in VS. In the General tab, make sure that the radio button selection in the Select parameter visibility section should be "Hidden". Also, check off the Allow Null Value checkbox.
Save the changes and upload the RDL file into CRM.
