update .. I can Open a 'Resolved Case' or 'closed case' and then can perform attribute update.. too (using statecode and statuscode). But I need to chjange it back to 'Resolved' state again..! I tried with 'IncidentResolution' CRMDestinationEntity. But no luck yet..!
