I manage the Dynamics CRM Resource Center, which we have recently renamed the Customer Center. While the product's site map no longer includes a direct link to the Customer Center, there are still easy ways to get to the valuable content that the site provides, which we've documented in a recent blog posting, Where Did the CRM Resource Center Go?
