For the Error message: There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server. The server might be unavailable. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator
I think if you now try to configure the CRM outlook client for the user you will get the same error message: if yes, please enable the platform tracing and look for the detailed error message.
